Vox Restaurant
An open show kitchen in which excellent dishes are prepared using the freshest ingredients before the eyes of the guests, as well as a sushi bar, a summer terrace and live jazz and blues music in the Vox Bar - with this unusual concept the 'Vox' restaurant has established itself as a magnet for gourmets in the Berlin gastronomical scene.
The team at Vox Restaurant prepare refined dishes made of regional products with international influences before the very eyes of the guests. A sushi bar is attached to the large open kitchen. Here experts create fresh, authentic sushi. The healthy Japanese speciality is prepared according to a 200-year tradition, directly in front of the eyes of the guests in the open show kitchen. The beverages too - Sake and green tea - perfectly complement the menu and suit this great Japanese speciality. Already for business lunch it is possible to abandon oneself in a passion for Sashimi, Nigiri Maki & co.

In the modern designer ambience of Tizian we serve a range of international classics under the heading 'Grand Classics' - the menu ranges from Entrecôte to veal jowls to Viennese Schnitzel. Tizian lounge on the ground floor in the lobby of the Grand Hyatt Berlin is an ideal meeting place to observe the international public of the lobby of the five-star hotel or warm oneself by the modern version of the fireplace.
